StanChart Bank opens branch in CEPZ
Standard Chartered Bank opened a new branch in the port city of Chittagong with a new and refreshing look.
The new branch is located at Zone Service Complex at Chittagong Export Processing Zone (CEPZ) with the commitment to provide world-class banking services and financial solutions, said a press release.
Jim McCabe, CEO, Standard Chartered Bank, Bangladesh and S M Abdur Rashid, general manager, Bangladesh Export Processing Zone Authority (BEPZA), Chittagong, yesterday inaugurated the branch.
Sandeep Bose, head of consumer banking, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka, Standard Chartered Bank, other distinguished guests, valued clients and senior officials of the bank were also present at this inauguration ceremony.

AB Bank opens branch in Pabna
AB Bank Limited opened its 82nd branch in Pabna recently.
Kaiser A. Chowdhury, president and managing director of the bank, formally inaugurated the branch at A R Plaza on Abdul Hamid Road in the district town, said a press release.
Mr. Nurul Islam Thandhu, chairman of Barendra Multipurpose Development Authority (BMDA) and Deputy Managing Director of AB Bank, Shamim A. Chaudhury, also attended the ceremony.
High officials of the local administration were also present at the function.

NCC Bank opens branch in Barisal
NCC Bank Limited has opened its 81st branch in Barisal recently.
Md. Harunur Rashid MP, vice chairman of the bank, formally inaugurated the branch as chief guest, said a press release.
Mohammed Nurul Amin, managing director and CEO of the bank, presided over the function while Barisal Sadar Upazila Chairman Azizul Haque Akkas, Bakergonj Upazila Chairman Shamsul Alam Chunnu and GM of Bangladesh Bank Golam Mostafa attended the function as special guests.

Pubali Bank opens branch in Pirojpur
Pubali Bank Limited has opened a branch at Mathbaria in Pirojpur recently.
Syed Moazzem Hussain, executive committee chairman of the board of directors of the bank, formally inaugurated the branch as chief guest, said a press release.
