Mercantile Bank inks deal on IT platform
A K M Shahidul Haque, Managing Director and CEO of Mercantile Bank Limited, Shahzaman Mozumder (Bir Protik), Chief Executive Officer of Thakral Information systems Pvt. Ltd, Jalaluddin Ahmed Yeamin, Managing Director of Everest International Limited, Momluk Sabir Ahmed, Managing Director and CEO of Computer Services Limited and Hussein Shaheed Feroz, Director of Flora Limited signed the agreement on behalf of their companies.
Mercantile Bank Limited signed an agreement recently at a local hotel with Thakral Information System Pvt. Ltd., Everest International Limited, Computer Services Limited and Flora Limited to build up IT-infrastructure for providing modern technological banking services to its valued customers.
Under this agreement Bank will procure IBM Servers, Oracle Database, Data Center and Disaster Recovery Site, External Disk Storage-EMC and secured Network to extend modern banking facilities to all segments of customers.

Ltd., Mr. Jalaluddin Ahmed Yeamin, Managing Director of Everest International Limited, Mr. Momluk Sabir Ahmed, Managing Director and CEO of Computer Services Limited and Mr. Hussein Shaheed Feroz, Director of Flora Limited signed the agreement on behalf of their organizations.
Deputy Managing Directors of Mercantile Bank Limited and high officials of the respective organizations were also present on this occasion.
