Pubali Bank recommends 25pc stock and 5pc cash dividend
The Pubali Bank Limited recommended for 25 per cent stock dividend and 5 per cent cash dividend.
The decision came at the Bank’s 864th board meeting held recently. Hafiz Ahmed Mazumder, MP, chairman, Board of Directors of Pubali Bank, presided over the meeting. Board of directors approved the audited Balance Sheet for December 31, 2011.
The Bank’s 29th annual general meeting will be held on March 31st at 11:30 am at BRAC-CDM, Rajendrapur, Gazipur.
Directors—Moniruddin Ahmed, Sk Wahidur Rahman, Monzurur Rahman, Syed Moazzem Hussain, Muhammad Faizur Rahman, Ahmed Shafi Choudhury, Rumana Sharif, Mustafa Shahriar Ahmed, Musa Ahmed, alternate director Muhammed Kabiruzzaman Yaqub, independent director Khurshid-ul-Alam, managing director Helal Ahmed Chowdhury, chief financial officer Sayed Ahmed, company secretary Md Sayeed Sikder and chief technical officer Mohammad Ali were also present.
