Helal Ahmed Chowdhury, managing director of Pubali Bank Ltd, was honoured with the ‘Best Banker 2010’ award by local business magazine Arthakantha. Commerce Minister Faruk Khan handed over the award to him at a function in a city hotel recently, said a press release.
