Airtel, UCB sign corporate deal
Airtel Bangladesh on Sunday signed a corporate agreement with United Commercial Bank Ltd (UCB), to provide all sorts of voice and non-voice services to meet their day-to-day communication needs. Under the agreement, UCB will enjoy customized call tariff and value added services of airtel, which would keep the users of the bank one step ahead of others in receiving telecommunication services, says a press release.
Chris Tobit, CEO and managing director of Airtel Bangladesh and UCB Managing Director M. Shahjahan Bhuiyan signed the agreement on behalf of the respective sides.
Airtel’s Chief Sales and Marketing Officer Abhay Seth, Head of Marketing Nauman Fakhar, Head of Corporate and SME Sales Adil Hossain Noble, Senior Manager Rejaul Amin Sohail, Corporate Sales Manager Syed Shourav Kabir and Key Account Manager Saria Hossain and UCBL’s Additional Managing Directors Shafiqul Alam and M. Shahidul Islam, Deputy Managing Directors Mamun-Ur-Rashid, Mirza Mahmud Rafiqur Rahman, Md. Shahed Jalal Chowdhury, First Vice-President and Head of GSD Syed Shafqat Rabbi also attended the signing ceremony held at the Corporate Head Office of UCB at Gulshan.
