Dhaka Bank donates Tk 3m to USTC
Reshadur Rahman, Chairman of Dhaka Bank, hands over a cheque to Dr. Nurul Islam, National Professor and Founder Vice-Chancellor of University of Science and Technology Chittagong at a function in Dhaka recently.
Dhaka Bank Limited donated Taka 3 million to University of Science and Technology, Chittagong (USTC).
Reshadur Rahman, Chairman of the Bank handed over the cheque to Dr. Nurul Islam, National Professor and Founder Vice-Chancellor, University of Science and Technology, Chittagong.
The fund was handed over at a blood donation programme organised by the bank to mark its 17th foundation ceremony in Dhaka recently.
Khondker Fazle Rashid, Managing Director of the Bank inaugurated the programme as chief guest, said a press release Saturday.
More than 75 employees from the Bank’s head office donated blood to quantum foundation.
Abdul Hai Sarker, ATM Hayatuzzaman Khan, Niaz Habib, Neaz Mohammad Khan, Sajjad Hossain, Emranul Huq were also present.
