DBBL, Seven Circle sign mobile salary payment deal

Dutch-Bangla Bank Ltd (DBBL) and Seven Circle, Bangladesh Ltd have recently signed an agreement on mobile banking services at the DBBL head office, says a press release. The agreement was signed by Mohammed Ali Pasha, managing director of Seven Circle, Bangladesh Ltd, and Mir Mominul Huq, head of mobile banking division of DBBL.

Under this agreement, employees of Seven Circle, Bangladesh will receive their monthly salaries and commission in their DBBL mobile banking accounts.

After receiving their salaries in their mobile accounts, employees will be able to withdraw or deposit cash from any nearby agent, DBBL branches and ATMs, transfer money to other mobile accounts, buy goods and services from retailers and pay utility bills throughout the country.

K S Tabrez, managing director and Md Sayedul Hasan, deputy managing director of Dutch-Bangla Bank, Md. Ashrafuzzaman,  general manager (finance and accounts) and Abdullah Al Mamun Khan, manager (finance) of Seven Circle, Bangladesh, were also present.
