AIBL holds Iftar party at different branches

Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited, Banani branch organised a discussion meeting on ‘Ramadan O Noitikota’ followed by an Iftar Mahfil recently.

Managing Director of the bank Md. Habibur Rahman was present in the meeting as chief guest, said a press release.

Director of the bank Engr Kh Mesbah Uddin Ahmed was present on the occasion.

Assistant Khatib and Imam of Banani Jame Mosque Hafez Moulana Muhammad Ma’sum Billah and Secretary of AIBL Shariah Supervisory Committee Md. Abdur Rahim Khan discussed the main topic in the meeting.

Among others, Deputy Managing Director of the bank Md. Mofazzal Hossain and Executive Vice President Md. Fazlul Karim were present.

Branch Manager and Vice President Md. Obaidul Islam presided over the meeting.

A large number of local people, businessmen, clients and well-wishers were present.

Meanwhile, Zindabazar Branch of Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited organised a discussion on “Importance of holy Ramadan and its Significance” and Iftar party at Zindabazar branch premises of the bank in Sylhet recently.

Ariful Haque Chowdhury, the newly-elected mayor of Sylhet City Corporation was present as chief guest at the Iftar party, said a press release on Saturday.

Julfiqur Masud Chowdhury, Deputy General Manager of Bangladesh Bank was present as special guest.

Mawlana Abul Bashit Barkatpury, member, Sharia Supervisory Committee, AIBL spoke on the topic.

Md Golam Mohiuddin Chowdhury, branch manager of the bank presided over the meeting.

Meanwhile North South Road Branch of Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited organised a discussion on “Significance of holy Ramadan and its Education” and an Iftar party at its branch premises in Dhaka recently.

Engr Md Habib Ullah, senior vice-president of the bank was present as chief guest at the Iftar party, said a press release on Saturday.

Hafez Abu Syed, imam of Malitola Jame Masjid discussed the importance and significance of Ramadan at the function.

Md Manjur Hasan, branch manager and senior vice president of the bank presided over the meeting.

A large number of customers, elites and businessmen of the area were present at the Iftar mahfil.
