175th Branch of NBL opens at Baluchar in Munshigonj
The 175th Branch of National Bank Limited has been inaugurated at Baluchar in Munshigonj on Wednesday, reports by a press release.
A K M Shafiqur Rahman, Managing Director of the Bank formally inaugurated the Branch as chief guest. A
discussion meeting was held on the occasion. Shamsul Huda Khan, Deputy Managing Director of the Bank presided over the meeting. Mohammad Salim,
Executive Vice President and Head of System & Operations Division of the Bank delivered his welcome addresses on the meeting.
Among others, Akhter Hossain Munshi, President, Baluchar Bazar Banik Samity, Abdus Salam Sarker, Ex-Upozilla Chairman, Hafiz Md. Fazlul Haque, Chairman, Lotobdi Union Parishad, Shahabuddin Badal & Dr.
Amzad Hossain, businessman of the local area and S M Sana Ullah, Manager of NBL Abdullahpur branch were also spoke on the occasion.
A K M Shafiqur Rahman, Managing Director of the Bank in his inaugural speech mentioned that in future NBL will pay a remarkable contribution in the business development of Munshigonj area like other Branches of National Bank Ltd.
Shamsul Huda Khan, Deputy Managing Director of the Bank mentioned in his speech that the banking
network of NBL has further been extended in the Munshigonj area. Our Baluchar branch will fulfill the
cherished desire of the people of this locality for modern banking facility he also added. Muhammad Hasan
Habib, Manager of Baluchar Branch delivered his vote of thanks. The elites, businessmen and huge numbers of people of the area were also present in the opening ceremony.
