Job Title Credit Analyst - Consumer/ Retail Banking

Review and analyze consumer investment proposals (Home Finance, Auto Finance, Personal Finance & MUSG) prepared by the Credit Analysts as per Product Program Guideline (PPG) and forward it to Local Investment Committee (LIC) for approval.
Meet up the queries of the Local Investment Committee on investment proposals
Preparing investment memorandum for the Board of Directors for investment facilities beyond the approval limit of the Local Investment Committee
Maintain SLS (Service Level Standard) consistently above agreed levels.
Implement prudent checks and measures to arrest fraudulent and substandard applications
Responsible to prepare various monthly / quarterly reports for the Management and Bangladesh Bank
Maintaining the consumer investment database of consumer investment unit in collaboration of the MIS Officer
Monitor, analyze and highlight credit and operational risks and furnish continuous feedback on key characteristics to Senior Management
Coordinating with Credit Operations for smooth disbursement of investment proposals
Train, guide and follow up with the Credit Analysts for timely delivery of all proposals with accuracy
