Senior Manager/ Manager – Internal Control & Compliance

• Manage to deliver audit activities as per internal audit plan.
  
• Manage all phases of audit including risk assessment, planning and finalizing audit scope, testing and evaluation of controls and report writing.
  
• Ability to work independently on certain assignments with minimum supervision.
  
• Supervise activities of team members and ensure timely completion of assignments with complete compliance with internal audit methodology.
  
• Establish a strong control culture in the organization to ensure compliance with the policy requirements of all regulators.
