• In this role, you will:
  
• Lead, manage and motivate a team to provide assistance to the Relationship Managers (RM) in order to achieve the overall strategic goals and objectives as well as Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets set out for the business
  
• Ensure that the credit analysis and credit proposals are conducted in line with the customer requirements and the team members are managing day to day transactional requirements accordingly
  
• Liaise and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders in a 'joined up' manner for risk management, transactional efficiency and other value adding activities
  
• Provide/ Monitor portfolio related MIS for better management of accounts and enhance overall profitability
  Manage risk and safeguard the Bank from potential loss
  
• Maintain and ensure due observance of HSBC Internal Control Standards, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators
