• As part of Global Risk, Regulatory Compliance (RC) ensures adherence to applicable regulations and standards by setting the policies which cover HSBC's regulatory requirements, and mitigate conduct and reputational risk issues. The team strives to remain ahead of the regulatory change agenda and ensures the business understands the implications and is prepared for change. It monitors how the Global Businesses and Functions manage their responsibilities with regard to complying with the regulations and helps resolve compliance deficiencies.
  
• In this role, you will:
  
• Ensure proactive approach is taken to identify Regulatory Compliance risk changes and potential impacts on Global Trade and Receivables Finance (GTRF) and Payments and Cash Management (PCM) Business Model in HSBC Bangladesh
  Review continuously for appropriateness of framework to monitor regulatory compliance developments
  
• Assist programs to quantify impacts and implement actions to address, manage and mitigate impacts of regulatory change
  
• Support to establish and implement global standards and strategic policies which ensure GTRF and PCM�s exposure to current and emerging risks are managed appropriately in a commercially focused and practical manner
  Review and assist in the effective deployment of the Regulatory Compliance Assurance function
  
• Interact with regulators and industry bodies in HSBC Bangladesh
  
• Ensure strong communication and working relationship within other Commercial Banking (CMB) leaders, other Risk disciplines, Functions and Global Businesses to ensure implementation of new disciplines
