Trust Bank declares 25pc dividend

Trust Bank Limited declared 15 percent cash and 10 percent stock dividend for its shareholders for the year 2016.
The announcement came at the 18th annual general meeting of the bank held at Trust Milonayaton in the capital on Wednesday, said a press release.
Maj Gen SM Matiur Rahman, Vice-Chairman of the bank presided over the meeting.
Among others, members of the board of directors Ashrafuzzaman Khan, Shahedul Islam, Brig Gen Md Jalal Ghani Khan, Brig Gen Mohammad Omar Zahid, Brig Gen Md Mohsin, Brig Gen Md Main Ullah Chowdhury, Mohamed Naser Alam, Brig Gen Mohammad Sumon Reza, Brig Gen Naquib Ahmed Chowdhury were also present.
The AGM approved 15 percent cash and 10 percent stock dividend for the year ended on 31 December 2016 along with the directors report and audited financial statements of the bank.
