Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited organised its 154th meeting of the Board Audit Committee at the head office of the bank recently.

The meeting was presided over by Mosharraf Hossain, Chairman of the Board Audit Committee of the bank, said a press release.

Among others, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors Syed Nurul Arefeen, Director Alhaj Akkasuddin Mollah, Alhaj Tofazzal Hossain, Managing Director Farman R Chowdhury, Additional Managing Director Masihul Huq Chowdhury, Deputy Managing Director Md. Abdul Jabber Chowdhury were present.
