A tripartite agreement was signed between Meghna Bank Limited and IT Consultants Limited (Q-Cash) and E-Cash Limited (FastCash) for Meghna Bank Fast Cash Prepaid Card and Mobile Banking Services at the bank's head office at Doreen Tower in Dhaka recently.

Kaiser A. Chowdhury, Managing Director and CEO of Meghna Bank Limited, Dr. Kazi Saifuddin Munir, Managing Director and CEO of ITCL and Shezan Shams, Managing Director and CEO of E-Cash signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations, said a press release.
