City Bank Limited declared 10 percent stock dividend for its shareholders for the year 2012.

The announcement came at the company’s 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held at Brac-CDM at Rajendrapur in Gazipur Sunday.

Rubel Aziz, Chairman of the bank presided over the AGM, said a press release.

The AGM discussed various issues relating to future plan of the bank. The shareholders in the meeting highly appreciated the performance of the bank and approved the dividends for the year 2012.

Rubel Aziz mentioned vivid pictures and possible opportunities of the bank and appreciated achievement in collecting deposits, loan disbursement,

foreign trade and remittance of the bank. Meherun Haque, vice chairperson, Din Mohammad, Hossain Mehmood and Ragibul Haque Chowdhurty,

directors and K Mahmud Sattar, Managing Director and CEO of the bank were present at the meeting.
