Job Description:
- Selected candidates shall be appointed in the rank of First Executive Officer and Officer (General) according to merit (i.e. marks obtained in written test & Viva Voce) at a monthly gross salary of Tk.55,000.00 & Tk.40,000.00 respectively per month after confirmation. In addition, other fringe benefits will be admissible as per JBL HR Policies.
- Selected candidates have to agree to furnish a service bond of 04 (four) years (after confirmation).

• Post Graduation Degree from a reputed university in any of the following discipline. Business Administration (MBA), Bank Management (MBM), Accounting, Banking, Finance, Management, Marketing, Economics, English, International Relations, Law, Public Administration, Applied Physics & Electronics, Agricultural Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering (CSE, ECE, EEE, Civil, Mechanical)
  
• Minimum 2 (two) 1st Class or Equivalent - CGPA, with no 3rd (third) Division in academic career.
  CGPA 3.00 is considered as 1st (First Class)
  
• GPA below 2 in SSC & HSC Examination & below 2.25 in graduation & post Graduation level are considered as 3rd Class/Division.

Candidates must be Computer literate with operational knowledge of WINDOWS, MS Office, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
