• Salary & Compensation Package : The selected candidates will be appointed as Management Trainee Officer (MTO) and they will be on probation for a period of 01 (one) year. During the 01 (one) year Probation Period; a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) will be paid a monthly consolidated salary of Tk. 32,000/- (thirty two thousand) only. After successful probation period they will be absorbed as Senior Officer with a salary of Tk. 39,800/-.

• MBA/MBM/Masters in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Statistics, Management, Business Administration and Computer Science. Minimum 03 (three) first division/class having no 3rd division/class in academic record. Please note that CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 will be considered as 1st Class/division in Bachelor/Honors and Masters Degree and CGPA 4.00 out of 5.00 will be considered as 1st Division in both SSC & HSC examinations.

• Must be capable to work in computer environment. Must have good command over English language.

• While joining the Bank all recruited Officers shall sign an undertaking on Tk 150/- non judicial stamp that they will serve the Bank continuously for a minimum period of 03 (three) years.
