Probationary Officer

• Job Description:
  Salary & Allowances: The selected Candidates shall be on probation for a period of one year with monthly consolidated pay of Tk.20,000/- only. On successful completion of probationary period and subject to qualify in the prescribed test, the Candidates will be confirmed in the rank of Officer under the scale of pay Tk.14,400-820X4-17,680-EB-1,000X6-23,680/- and other admissible Allowances with total initial emoluments of Tk.26,000/- only per month.
  
• Job Level: Entry

• Minimum qualification is graduation with 4 years Honours or equivalent preferably in Finance & Banking, Accounting, Management, English, Economics, Mathematics & MBA with minimum 09 points.
  
• Candidates with B.Sc. Engr., B.Sc.-Ag of any discipline from Govt. approved Universities with minimum 09 points are also eligible to apply for the Post.

• Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 10 May, 2012. (Original Certificate of SSC/equivalent examination shall have to be submitted as the proof of age of the candidates.
  
• No affidavit in this regard shall be accepted).
  
• Other requirements:
  Proficiency both in Bengali & English.
  Candidates having Computer Literacy will get preference.
  
• Both Male & Female Candidates may apply for the post.

• Selected Candidates shall have to execute a Surety Bond to serve the Bank for a minimum period of 05 (five) years.
