Probationary Senior Officers

• Standard Bank Limited, a third generation progressive Private Commercial Bank with steady growth in its business expansion program desires to recruit 7th batch of Probationary Senior Officers to strengthen the team with potential individuals who are challenge striving, forward looking, proactive, self-motivated with positive attitude and pleasing personality possessing consistent high grade academic track record with the following criteria are encouraged to apply.

• Candidates possessing requisite qualification will be called for written test
  
• Only the successful candidates securing qualifying marks will be called for interview as per the merit list of the written test to complete the selection process.
  
• Selected candidates will be appointed as Probationary Senior Officer for a period of 1 (One) year with a monthly consolidated pay of Tk.25,000/- (Taka Twenty Five Thousand) only. On successful completion of Probation period they will be absorbed as 'Senior Officer' under the Bank's regular pay packages as admissible in the grade.
  
• Selected candidates will have to serve the bank for at least 5 (five) years at any of its branches/offices , within the country.
  
• Any kind of persuasion and furnishing misinformation shall disqualify the candidate.
  
• Age: 30 years (maximum) as on 30.06.2011 (relax-able for the children of freedom fighters upto 32 years).

• Masters in Business Administration
  
• Masters in Bank Management
  
• Masters/ BBA/ B.Sc Engineering (4 Years) from the reputed public universities.

• Masters in : Accounting, Finance, Management, Marketing, Banking, Human Resources Management, MIS, English, International Relations, Law, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Public Administration, Physics/ Applied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Applied Mathematics, Statistics/ Applied Statistics & Computer Science.
  
• BBA (4 Years) from IBA, Faculty of Business Studies (Dhaka University), Jahangirnagar University, Chittagong University, Rajshahi University, North South University, BRAC University, AIUB & IUB.
  
• B.Sc Engineering (4 Years) from the reputed public universities.
  
• Candidates must have minimum 2 (two) First Divisions/Classes or CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 or CGPA 4.00 out of 5.00 with no Third Division/ Class in any academic career/ examination. Good Command of English.
  
• Computer literacy is a must.
