Manage Call Center Solutions & 24/7/365 Operations of call center.
Implementation and troubleshooting skills of call center solution.
Implementation new CR as per business requirements.
Test vendor provided update & patch and deploy in production.
Investigate different type issues and provide Level 1 & 2 support.
Vendor management & communications.
Work in different projects in parallel.
Solve issues by working with different vendors.
Provide different type of data for business analysis.
Issue analysis and root cause finding.
Manage integration of call center solution with other enterprise systems
