Plan for different software related solution to meet statutory needs, present market convention and user requirement.
Analyze different business rules to integrate and implement in the existing software.
Manage hardware inventory and allocation of hardware property.
Ensure confidentiality and integrity of data and ensure system security.
Plan for disaster management of the company
Supervise and monitor regular activities of IT tasks and to solve various problems related to IT.
Administrate the domain and database servers and user computers.
Ensures compliance with all software-licensing agreements. Manage and safeguard software media and associated licenses.
Ensure strict compliance of relevant guidelines, company policies and guidelines of regulatory authority.
Assist staff in understanding and using of information technology.
Setup and maintain computer network which includes LAN and WAN network
Good knowledge of active directory, file server, CCTV, Print Server, Bandwidth testing.
Ensure the proper operation of all IT systems. Look after the Server
Establish user accounts and permissions including file shares, email, remote connections, and Internet access and maintains centralized software use log. .
Ensure regular and timely settlement of trades.
Verify the correctness of the Pay-in setup against the sold securities and executes the Pay-in.
Make sure the accuracy of Pay-out set up against the securities bought and execute the pay-out.
Ensure timely collection of corporate announcements and timely subscription of Rights Issues.
Ensure periodic (monthly) reconciliation of the dematerialized shares with the Central Depository reports.
Keep record of book closing, record date, and AGM date.
Reconciliation of securities on monthly basis.
