Description
Preparing & maintaining all kind of accounting bill-vouchers and ledger and generate financial reports through Accounting Software;
Bank reconciliation, Clients payment reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation;
Generating Bills/Invoices, Maintain purchase ledgers and monitor Receivable & Payable Management;
Responsible for fund accounting, Performs account reconciliations during month end and periodically, manage accounting activities for mutual funds;
Preparing & Maintain of companies fixed Asset register;
Advising on TAX & VAT planning (within current legislation to minimize the tax liabilities) and complying NBR regulations;
Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to management team while recommending further course of action;
Updating company Accounting software and preparation of different reports as required by the Management and any other related;
Closely work with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances;
Organize and prepare agenda for board meeting, committee meeting, Annual General Meeting (AGM) & EC Meeting (EC) in time.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
