Officer/ Associate Manager, Trade Services

Ensure import / export transaction processing complying internal and external regulations within specified time.
Monitor the portfolio to maintain compliance.
Ensure appropriate and timely follow up
Closely work with RMs, CRM, CAD, IT and other departments for smooth trade transaction processing.
Drive and motivate team members for continuous development of trade related services.
Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Take initiatives for making the working environment more lively and friendly which increase the employee's satisfaction
