In this role, you will:
Make sure Service Level Agreement (SLA) is meticulously maintained through completing tasks within deadlines without errors, and any exception is communicated to the Supervisor
Ensure awareness of Group and local regulatory policy, internal/external audit findings and guidance from compliance, regarding own area of operations
Bachelor degree from a public/private university preferably from Business background Strictly follow Information Security Risk (ISR) Policy, ensure information provided to internal and external parties conform to the guidance from ISR Team, and protect classified information as per guideline
