• In this role, you will:
  
• Manage the Regulatory Reporting strictly as per Service Level Agreement (SLA) with reduced error rates
  
• Ensure the highest level of support to meet on-going Central Bank investigations
  
• Understand and implement the needs and requirements of the Central Bank and internal customers
  
• Act as the secondary checkpoint for ensuring local and group Anti Money Laundering (AML) guidelines
  
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to coaching and developing the team towards continual performance improvement
  
• Ensure meeting HSBC internal control standards in line with group policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimise the likelihood of its occurring
  
• Ensure the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issue raised by auditors
  Contribute to maintaining a high level of efficiency, productivity and accuracy in processing in order to contribute in maximising the bank’s profit and minimising the cost
