  • In this role, you will:
  • Monitor the Costs/Full Time Employee (FTE) of HTS Functions through HTS Dashboard, Finance data and Asia Pacific HTS reporting on a monthly basis
  • Monitor HTS Sustainable Saves progress on a monthly basis and manage the quarterly/monthly savings submission and reconciliation process and participate in the preparation and communication of Annual Operating Plan (AOP)/Rolling Operating Plan (ROP) for HTS
  • Provide analysis, reporting, presentations and monitoring of Management Information (MI) to support Chief Operating Officer (COO) requests not supported by Finance or Communications
    Ensure the creation, update and approval of local records management work procedures and retention schedules appropriate to the needs and complexity of each business line/function
  • Provide consultancy and assistance in the design of HTS wide staff development, engagement and communication activities and also provide administrative and ad-hoc support to Chief Risk and Admin Officer (CRAO) and COO (e.g. management of safe custody documents and keys, Limits of Authority etc.)
  • Work effectively with local business representatives and practitioners to identify and address areas of knowledge and procedural gaps
  • Work with respective Business Owners and Legal on local policy deviation, associated risk assessments and implementing legal hold directives and also manage the reporting and follow-up of any regulatory investigation into the country�s records keeping practices or loss of records as required under Global Service Manual
