  • In this role, you will:
  • Lead and manage a team of relationship managers focused on the International portfolio business through customer acquisition/service to maximise return and achieve robust sustainable growth in line with Area Operating Plan and targets
  • Formulate and implement aggressive business plans, directing team resources to achieve the targets and identify potential business opportunities for portfolio expansion
  • Drive the team to maximise wallet share from all the International Clients to enhance the overall market share and profitability and also cross-sell of other products to a portfolio of core customer relationships that belong to the International segments
  • Penetrate new market segments by effectively gathering market intelligence, enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Manage and coach staff and ensure a high level of service and professionalism is displayed by a well-developed and motivated team of relationship managers
  • Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimise the likelihood of it occurring
