SO-SEO (Internal Control & Compliance Division)

• Conduct Risk Based (Process) Audit to identify control/process gaps in light of regulatory guidelines as well as bank�s internal policy/guidelines/manual etc.
  
• Ensure that internal control & compliance division meets regulatory requirements and best practices at all times.
  
• Prepare audit report on time for sending to the branch and executive summary for the management.
  
• Identify and report potential risk exposures within the bank and recommend mitigating controls to prevent or minimize such potential exposures.
  
• Conduct surprise audit as well as special investigation as and when required.
  
• Perform all duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
  
• Job Location: Corporate Office and must have the attitude to visit any location within the country.
