Assistant Controller

Master's Degree, or equivalent, in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics; a professional certification, such as CPA or its equivalent preferred. University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics, a professional certification, such as CPA or its equivalent preferred.

At least 15 years

• At least 15 years of broad-based professional experience in accounting, financial control, project administration, or financial management
  
• International experience working in several countries, preferably with experiences in international or multinational financial institution
  
• Strong knowledge on US accounting standards or international financial reporting standards
  
• Suitability to undertake the responsibilities mentioned above at the required level
  Technical Knowledge
  
  
• Able to demonstrate sound management skills by organizing and leading the team towards achieving the Division’s objectives, as well as to demonstrate understanding / technical knowledge in their area of responsibility
  
• Widely-recognized as a credible expert in field of expertise with recognized ability to lead projects and to share relevant knowledge to benefit the broader ADB community
