  • In this role, you will:
  • Manage the customer touch points strictly as per Service Level Agreement (SLA) with reduced error rates
    Ensure the highest level of support to meet on-going business needs and business continuation during contingency situations
  • Set new standards in customer service and operational efficiency
    Review and challenge existing end to end workflow/processes/practices of RBWM Loan Operations to identify and improve opportunities for implementation
  • Understand and implement the needs and requirements of the internal customers
    Act as the secondary checkpoint for ensuring local and group Anti Money Laundering guidelines
    Provide daily Management Information (MI) for onward submission to stakeholders and internal customer for business forecast
  • Ensure proper entries in Electronic Time Capture System (eTCS) and Service Tracker
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to coaching and developing the team towards continual performance improvement
  • Ensure meeting HSBC internal control standards in line with group policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimise the likelihood of its occurring
  • Ensure the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issue raised by auditors
    Contribute to maintaining a high level of efficiency, productivity and accuracy in processing in order to contribute in maximising the bank`s profit and minimising the cost
