• In this role, you will:
  
• Take ownership for cash deposit and withdrawal in an efficient and accurate way so that the customer waiting time is reduced significantly. You will be responsible to spot counterfeit notes in order to protect the Bank from any loss and protect the Bank's image and reputation
  
• Balance and return the cash into the branch vault ensuring that no cash difference occurs at day end
  Check the genuineness of the cheques and signatures as well as the customers at the counter before honouring cheques worth big amount
  
• Be aware of the type of account and transactions of the customer to prevent acts of money laundering, fraud and escalate suspicious issues to the right people
  
• Manage cash queues efficiently
  Generate business leads through referrals for the front office staff and the sales teams
