Branch Operations Manager

• This is a branch level position and will be responsible for opening & maintenance of different forms of Account.
  
• Monitoring all sorts of financial transactions in the context of existing banking law & practice.
  
• Should be experienced in supervising daily activities of Cash, Clearing and Remittance department.
  
• Attaining set business targets of own and teams ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
  
• Cross selling and team bondage with succession planning.
  
• Reporting to Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory bodies related to the concerned department.
  
• Handling customer service activities with minimal supervision within the framework of banking law & practice.
