- Well conversant with Bank Companies Act and related Bangladesh Bank Guidelines;
- Should have sound knowledge about Basel-II and relevant compliance issues; and
- Excellent organizational, problem solving skills and IT knowledge.

• Around 15 years experience of which a minimum 5 years in internal control and compliance issues;
  
• Sound knowledge about Banking Operation and other core risks of banks-Credit Risk, Asset Liability Management Risk, Foreign Exchange Risk, Money Laundering Risk, Internal Control and Compliance Risk, ICT Risk etc;
  
• Should be able to prepare audit plan and organize audit activities, supervise overall audit and inspection of the bank;
