Manager/Sr. Manager Cross-sell & Pricing

• Retail Clients business in delivery of budgeted Revenue targets by institutionalizing data and analytics to efficiently manage and grow Retail Clients portfolio.
  
• Development and implementation of analytical models to support business strategies and value creation
  
• Trend Analysis of the retail book and ability to highlight the risk and opportunities ot business
  
• Initiate and mange cross-sell activities/initiatives abased on next product need propensity scores to drive the PPC and Active Customer Agenda.
  
• Continuous follow-up and monitoring of initiatives & work closely with Product/ Segment/ Channel to obtain the optimum result.
  
• Market pricing analysis for various product categories, geographies, and customer segments
  Develop and manage Customer Value Proposition for Value Packs and ETB initiatives.
