Head of Syndication & Structured Finance

• As head of Syndication & Structured Finance responsible to averse syndication and structured finance unit. Provide necessary guidance to the syndication loan, to originate, arrange and manage loans through syndication as lead arranger/agent/participant and link the process of executing successful deeds to the optimal design under the prudential guidelines of Bangladesh bank and within the familiar framework of the bank.
  
• Act as the leading private commercial bank in the syndication market to introduce innovative syndication financial instruments and to enhance the efficiency maintaining & improving assets quality increasing profitability and upholding overall image of the bank in the banking community through spreading and sharing credit risk amongst all the participating lenders
