Security Manager/ Security In-charge

• To oversee and implement overall Management of all Security Personnel of the Bank.
  
• To train the new Security Guards and develop the security awareness among all Security Personnel of the Bank.
  
• To supervise preparing duty rosters of the Security Guard at Head Office and branches.
  
• To ensure that the Security Personnel are performing duties sincerely, smartly and dedicatedly.
  
• Liaising with the emergency services, police, ambulance and fire service to resolve issues and maintain security and service.
  
• Pro-actively ensuring the protection of property and assets of the bank.
  
• Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors.
  
• Responding to emergency situations as may arise.
  
• Preventing and detecting offenses on sites.
  
• Accurately updating administrative records and sheets.
  
• To enhance the morale of the Security Personnel.
  
• Accurately reporting all incidents to the Management.
  
• Any other task assigned by the Divisional Head from time to time.
  
• Monitor alarm system, closed-circuit television (CCTV) system and communicate spontaneously as and when required.
